So, who here has had a weird couple of weeks? 🖐️

I mean, I can’t complain too much. I’m in good health. My family is in good health. Like a lot of other people these days, my family knows people who are sick with COVID-19. Some of them with no pre-existing conditions, others not so much. Everyone’s hanging in there and we haven’t heard any bad news. In these times, you can’t ask for much more.

Otherwise, I’m up to what many of you are up to right now—figuring out a new rhythm to life while things are temporarily topsy-turvy. My wife and I are both working from home at full-time jobs that demand our full attention. We have a vibrant, crafty 15-month-old baby we’re taking turns watching. Our amazing nanny from our nanny share is at home because there’s a pandemic afoot. I’m reframing this as an unexpected second paternity leave that I’m juggling with work. Second paternity leave is nice.
