Neal’s 2024 Work in Review
I had a good year at Ungerleider Works. We regained our footing after 2023’s industry downturn. With the help of some great contractors and freelancers (Thank you again!) we did great client work in 2024. Some samples below - sadly only able to list some in order for emails not to cut off:
January-August: Hosted and assistant produced AccelPro IP Law, a weekly half-hour intellectual property law podcast and newsletter for global education leader Kaplan. Hosted episodes, recruited guests, worked with SMEs on interview questions and provided first-round post-production.
January: Scripted and storyboarded a four-minute video for a customer service experiential consultancy on behalf of their client, a global financial services company.
January-March: LinkedIn and blog ghostwriting for our client, a vendor providing cloud and hardware-based IT support to large institutional customers.
March-April: Storytelling consulting for an experience design, consulting building and technology firm. Worked on behalf of their clients, a federal government-centric IT provider and a water technology provider, writing scripts and building interactive experiences for in-person and virtual customer experience centers.
April-December: Thought leadership strategy consulting for our client, a sustainable materials packaging company.
April-June: Thought leadership and media placement strategy for a boutique communications agency on behalf of their client, a ecommerce technology vendor.
July-October: LinkedIn thought leadership strategy consulting for an agency client specializing in GTM and growth strategy.
August-December: Thought leadership strategy consulting for client, a creative studio working with a transformative climate tech company.
September-December: Whitepaper/ebook development on behalf of our client, an immersive 3D technology company. Wrote 20+ page gated whitepaper, developed initial design template, refined messaging to current and future customers based on previous in-house surveys and customer research.
Thank you again to all my clients and everyone I worked with on each of our 2024 projects for such an amazing year.
Wishing all my readers a wonderful 2025.
-Neal
